OVERVIEW

In 1989, the South of Ho Chi Minh City was massive swamp land, only accessible by boat from HCM City. Aside from marshes, all you can see is only mud, everyone who visited were in disbelief only Mr. Lawrence S.Ting persevered in his mission to turn this swampland into a prosperous and beautiful township, the most ideal community to live.
Our impetus to start our first 2 projects “Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone” (TTZ) and “Hiep Phuoc Power Plant Company” is because of the lack of foreign exchange, severe electric power shortage and especially job opportunities for people who are living or want to live in this area.
In 1999, TTZ became the best export processing zone in the Asia Pacific area and Hiep Phuoc Power Company supplies HCMC with suitable and quality electric nowaday, our manufactories have approximately 65.000 employees.
After 30 years, Phu My Hung become the most successful development project in rising Asia.
